What is more, we offer a new and technologically advanced MB-78EI system characterized by fire tightness and fire insulation.  The system meets the requirements resulting from ever more restrictive Polish and European standards related to structures marking off safe personnel and property evacuation zones in buildings engulfed by fire. MB-78 EI firewall system allows constructing indoor and outdoor firewalls with single or double door characterised by EI15, EI30, EI45 or EI60 fire resistance class conforming with the PN-B-02851-1:1997 standard.
It is largely compatible with standard window-door systems - MB-45, MB-60 and MB-70 (sharing the same sections, details, fittings, machining etc.).
MB-78 EI system is based on aluminium profiles with a thermal break. Section design depth is  78 mm. Profiles are characterised by low overall heat transfer coefficient U value thanks to special profiled 34 mm wide thermal breaks.  The system enables installing all typical fire resistant panes of appropriate class (filling thickness from 13 to 49 m). Additionally, it allows obtaining smoke-tight structures in several design variants.  Tests carried out at the Building Research Institute in Warsaw have proven that products manufactured using this system also feature extremely good sound insulation (up to 40 dB). The MB-78 EI system passed tests at the Building Research Institute, it has been awarded the Institute Technical Approval No. AT-15-6006/2003http://www.budvar.pl/pl/oferta/stolarka-z-aluminium/certyfikaty-i-aprobaty.html as well as the Certificate No. ITB-642/W/03.
